- SOLUTION 1: You will receive an email with Activation code for activating the 30-day Trial version. You can download the trial version of the Virtual Appliance you purchased from the Trial Download page.
- SOLUTION 2: Your order will be shipped via standard UPS/FedEx ground shipping within 7 business days after receiving the order. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- SOLUTION 3 : Your order will be shipped via standard UPS/FedEx ground shipping within 7 business days after receiving the order. You will receive an email with tracking number and activation instructions as soon as your order is shipped. The Virtual Appliance for the onsite backup can be downloaded from the Trial Download page.
